Since there is absolutely no fanfare for summer graduation, this screen cap from Student Central will have to suffice as evidence that I officially have a PhD as of today:
I'm going to take the fact that I graduated on 8/9/10 as an especially good omen, portending the fame and fortune that will surely come with my anthropology degree.

Well ... congratulations!
If there had been any fanfare, and if you were around at the time, would you have gone to any of the stuff? I've met a fair number of people (both grad and undergrad) who don't care for that sort of thing. Just curious. :o)
